Last night, I received an email notification from USCIS.
It says, Welcome Notice Was Mailed
On August 20, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed
you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number SRC159XXXXXXX. Please follow the
instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive
by October 19, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you
move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Do I need to wait until Oct 19, 2015.
How long does it take to receive your GC?
Now, I am a F1 student, do I need to report to International Office for my
status changed after I receive my GC?
