The California Constitution provides for the exemption of $7,000 (maximum)
in assessed value from the property tax assessment of any property owned and
occupied as the owner’s principal place of residence. The exemption

不同的州估计都有类似的Program。数额不同。我们县只有2000，不过税额也以总价的1
/3算。
