前不久看了一块地,给了offer,对方也接受了
现在有个问题是,交叉的两条路,路边的设施可能要这块地的拥有者承担建设
对这块着实不懂,有懂的人能帮忙看看么?
另外,万一自己修,curb、gutter、sidewalk大概是个什么费用情况?

Development of this site would trigger widening Bxxxx Street with pavement
located at 20 feet from centerline, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, as well as
right-of-way dedication to 33 feet from centerline (currently 10 feet from
centerline) in accordance with the General Plan Circulation Element. Along
Cxxx Street the requirement to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk may be
alleviated in accordance the Riverside Municipal Code. There will be a
required 8-foot right-of-way dedication along Cxxx Street to an ultimate
half-width of 33 feet in order to comply with the General Plan Circulation
Element.
其实还是挺想拿下的,就是对这块需要支出没底。
