好不容易找到一家便宜点的，他们报的东西都靠谱吗？价格合适吗？50年代单层1400尺
不到的老房子，北加州。拆除旧的duct是专门的石棉公司，不在报价中。我说要R8dcut

Scope of Work:
1. Remove all the old furnace from closet.
2. Install 5/8’ platform in attic, extend ½’ gas line and 110v
electrical into attic.
3. Install a 70,000 BTU horizontal furnace, plenum coil and drain pans.
4. Install new 4” flue pipe, primary and secondary drains.
5. Run the 3/4’ lineset to the condenser location.
6. Install all new ducting using R-6 Mylar flex ducts, a filter grill, and a
new thermostat.
7. Remove and recycle all old parts.
Main Parts:
1. Carrier 70,000 BTU 80% furnace. Mod #58CTX
2. Carrier 3-ton 14 SEER condenser. Mod #24AAA5
3. ADP 3-ton plenum coil, 3/4x50’ copper lineset, 18/5 control wire,
secondary pans and drains.
4. B-vent 4” flue pipe, R-6 Mylar ducting.
5. ½” gas valve, gas flex, and filter grill.
6. Programmable thermostat, 30a circuit, 30a disconnect and fuses.
Total price parts and labor…………………………………………$8100.00
