我出租房房客一直没换空调filter，地下室的空调水管堵了，房客说把地下室地毯泡了
，home warranty公司已经把空调清理了，请问这种情况还需要做什么处理来给地下室
地毯那里防霉么，还是等它自然干就行？多谢！

水多的话吹干。一般马上处理的话不会生霉

i'd change the carpet. but at least blow dry asap.
and it has nothing to do with ac filter. you need to pour bleach into the ac
drain once a year to avoid clog. it's technically entirely the landlord's
responsibility.

(以后)地下室换成 vinyl plank。 防水功能是 vinyl plank 开始流行的重要原因。

i'd always worry vinyl in basement would cause mold.
when it rains, the outside water pressure is above basement level, based on
simple communicating vessels in physics, this would push moisture up from
basement floor, and with vinyl, the moisture would be trapped: cannot go
down, can not go up, the prescriptive cause of mold.
Carpet would be a better choice to let moisture out in this case.

天晴了水汽就走了，又不是天天下雨，当然你地下室总是潮的那另说。另外霉也是要营
养的，你处理过的underlayment不太会发霉吧
地下室总潮的话那就要室内四周做drain然后来个sump pump. 这个防水公司都会做，就
是花钱就行了
