刚才查了一下，J Clin Periodontol 2000; 27: 134–143有一篇题为
Clinical benefits of oral irrigation for periodontitis are related to
reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokine levels and plaque的论文
是Baylor College of Dentistry与Water Pik公司合作发表的。
文中表示，临床证明waterpik可以减轻牙周炎（以往认为牙龈炎可治疗而牙周炎基本无法
治疗），甚至发现骨吸收状况都有所改善，牙周袋深度降低。具体机制不是特别清楚，但
