远房亲戚，25岁姑娘，脸上有胎记，小时候不太明显，在感到热的时候 (例如运动后）
才会看得到， 现在变得颜色越来越深，明显。她小时候做过某种激光手术，效果不太
好。请问现在有什么新的技术可以消除/较大地减轻胎记

The birthmark is said to be vasodilatation, and it is getting more obvious
and the color is getting deeper as she grows up.While she's a child, the
birthmark only could be visible while she's feeling hot, e.g: ater doing
some sports. She got some laser surgery when she's yough, but it didn't work
for her.
