最近有几个人问我这个问题：USAA的debit card在国外用怎么收费？我也准备5月份回国，
心里没底，昨天给我的小米sarah同学发了email(take out cash outside USA),
小米今天给我回答如下：
Dear USAA:
Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding your accounts. USAA Federal Savings
Bank does not charge additional fees for using an ATM and withdrawing foreign
currency. Your account will continue to be refunded any ATM fees up to $15.00
per month.

总之，放心在任何一个国家用吧，没任何费用。
另外，如果给家里寄钱，现在好像有个更好的方法：办个joint account,弄两张debit
card,给家里留一张在国内用。

还要说一点，
USAA的debit card免费在non-USAA ATM用是10次/statement cycle,
additional each time is $1.
10次应该是足够的，就是给大家提个醒。

And also, Though the website said 10次/statement cycle, (seems only $1.5 per
withdraw),I remember they have changed it to $15 per month, no limit rebate
per withdraw (I mean you can have $2 or $3 for a withdraw, but the total is
only $15 rebate per month, so maybe less than 10 times)

不矛盾。10次/cycle是说USAA让你用其他bank的ATM,USAA不收费.
$15/month是说给你的ATM surchage rebte.
据个例子：这个月你的USAA的debit card用了12次ATM.每次,ATM的owner收你$1.00的费用
。
那么12次是$12,USAA将把这$12全返回给你，但是将另外收你$2.00,因为你超过了10/cycl
e的限制。
