F1可以自己开公司吗?
I am not mission the point, and yes that isexactly the point I am shooti
ng at. The previous reply maked it too easy, and mypoint is it is not as
easy as $50 or your $12 in your post.
If you have money, you don't even need to be F1, you can be a rich boy i
n China and
invest a company in US, and hire yourself. And yes, I know many cases H1
-B hire themselves
and sponsor themselves. It's more then just pay yourself salary, you als
o need to prove that your hiring yourself is a genuine
