We certainly apologize that Mrs XXX was not contacted when she requested to
be. In this situation, Mrs XXX had 2 direct deposits, then stopped them from
coming to Bank of Texas. She withdrew all moneys each month and brought the
account to a zero balance. Her account was opened on 4/12/2012. On 6/15/
2012 she again brought the account to a zero balance. The account was closed
by the bank and the final statement sent on 7/12/2012 due to it being at a
zero balance for more than 30 days. According to the offer, her account had
to remain open and active for 6 months, which would have been September 15.
Mrs XXX was not using her account and therefore did not fulfill the spirit
of the offer.
事实是这个checking是free checking，可以0 balance，可以什么都不做。。。我设了
两个工资dd，等post后就用billpay把钱用掉了。。。偶那么多checking，wells fargo
，chase，boa，bbt,bbva compas,flagstar,first union bank等等，没有哪个银行因
为你30天不放钱而关你账号的。。。我在5月初就做了dd，规定6周bonus post，但六周
后没有看到bonus，然后我继续等。。。期间我两次打电话给他们request research为
啥bonus还没有post。。。
没有哪个银行的客服找不出原因，转supervisor就挂客户电话的。。。没有哪个银行关
账号不发一个final statement。。。真心极品。。。billpay收手续费，bonus不给就
算了，就这样关账号的。。。
这件事的教训就是，银行是私人的，他不给你服务就不给。。。这是个courtesy问题，
就算他们不犯法，可对比下其他银行商家的客服，他们家真是牛上天。。。偶ebiz买过
那么多商家的东东，退货期内退货都没有问题，只要original packing。。。东东没收
到，可以reship，或者refund。。。信用卡unauthorized transaction可以dispute，
我想有人应该记得年初那个plume district吧。。。何况我又没有做什么坏事，
checking里我有多少钱花多少钱，又不是cc，花多了银行有风险。。。
每家私人企业都可以定下自己的policy，只要不犯法，你可以按照自己的policy做，但
是这是美国，现在经济不好，都争着抢客户，这样对待客户，那真心希望他们家越做越
大。。。
以后大家小心，即使free checking，有空也做几次transaction，万一碰到这样的极品
，尤其没达到bonus前，不要给他们留下口实。。。总之，拿bonus还是要follow银行自
己的policy，拿不到只是pass。。。
大妈不是缺这100刀，amex送了那么多钱，偶们现在也不少这100。。。可1年多
checking，cc，ebiz弄下来，真心木见过那么恶心的客服。。。挂两次电话。。。你是
上帝么？这么恶劣的态度？

当初online billpay都要收3.95刀。。。
开户100 bonus拖了半年还不给，打个电话问一下怎么回事，结果4天后把偶账号关了。
。。
这次弄checking bonus是来美国以来最失败的，一分钱木转到还多花了4刀。。。唉。
。。郁闷呐。。。
bank of texas也太过分了吧，没有理由就关账号。。。他们家好像每个州都有银行，
比如bank of oklahoma，bank of kansas等等。。。总之木见过这样的。。。不给
bonus就不给吧，没有欠过他们一份钱，也没做过什么不合规定的事情。。。客服解释
不清楚居然还直接挂电话。。。
真受不了。。。偶想bbb出口气。。。
