flight before, but I chose SQ instead, because SQ is the first to arrive SFO
, beats Asiana 2nd and UA 3rd for 15 to 30 minutes, 3 to 4 flights from ICN
arriving SFO around the same 11 am to 12pm period, so if you are taking
the last flight, you need to wait for the 900 passengers in front of you
passing CBP.

they cannot. because people escaping exit first are not allowed with their
purse /carryons (or they maybe liable if people behind them are dead), so
most people won't have travel documents with them.
