The position will manage administration of
customer orders, procurement from the factory, logistics of

customer and factory inquiries. The position will also be
responsible for training and directing the activities of any
customer service employees as well as to ensure that the

Revenue, Budget, etc.)
Order volume in the magnitude of 700 to 1000 annually
Revenue is expected to be in the vicinity of $50 M
Inventory of about $3 to $5 million

Job Order Qualifications
Years experience range: 0 to 0
Prior customer service management.
Medical product industry a plus.
Updates Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop processes and provide direction to order
administration employees
Interact with the factory personnel for procurement related
activities
Issue domestic price lists and manage parts database for
sell and cost pricing
Manage import and export activities and documentation
Coordinate delivery schedule between factory and customer
deliveries
Approval of freight bills and cost charge backs to factory
Work with freight forwarder, US customs, customs broker and
FDA to ensure efficient shipment of products and parts
Oversee product in warehouse ensuring physical existence and
amounts in SAP match
Scheduling of Field Service Engineers
Assist Accounts Receivable with problem resolution and
progressive instrument payments
Experience and Education Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of varying business experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP
system in sales, inventory, and logistics
College degree
Working Conditions and Special Demands:
(Describe physical requirements such as lifting
requirements, mental requirements such as math, and travel
requirements, etc.)
The person should have the ability to travel whenever
necessary
As required the person may be needed to occasionally beyond
normal working hours
