In order to qualify, i need to pay *more than* the minimum payment, not
equal the amount. At the same time, customer should carry balance. One

6月有一次提前还，联系客服说不满足条件不给30.结果今天30到账。

Per discussion with Custom Service, if spend more than $15, minimum will be
$15.

I read the T&C again; don't think we should carry balance to next month in
order for BOA charge the interest. But we should pay at least 1 cent more
than the minimum balance. Otherwise it's hard to argue.

记得板上有不止一人说过用这张卡交citi monitor，也能正常拿到这30块
相信他们每个月也就是full pay $4.95

fw和sd上几个月前讨论过,有些争议，但是基本认为哪怕是每月只消费1分钱，每月还一
分钱也qualify

我一个账户先从123转的，正好赶上首次派发日之前，目前已经拿到两次30了。

上季度有一个月不小心提前还款造成没balance，结果就没给。
