online开问是不是citizen，选了no然后就是

stupid PNC, avoid it.
It denied my 150 offer, telling me no promotion attached to my account - but
there is no code at all. After many times, I complained with BBB, and after
30 days BBB told me they had to close the case because PNC failed to
response.
anyway, stay away from it.

我三月开的户，dd到了之后bonus不久也就到了。。。不过你这个很牛逼，bbb都没用。
