I have tried 2 different walmart stores
In the machine, choose “bluebird" -> "Add Money" -> swipe card -> enter "
load amount" -> press "enter"
After this, the screen showed "operation not allowed" and the amount was
changed to 0.00 .
However, loading at the customer service still works.
Anyone knows what's going on? Thanks.

same here, more trouble, I just load my GC and move on

just choose Walmart money card

mine works. did you wait enough time for gc being activated?

The authorization is for bluebird card and I waited for about 5 minutes and
gave up.
I did not even have a chance to use any card for payment.
