想让大姨明年过来帮忙带宝宝。大姨退休了，以前是普通工人，家里有两套小房子，没
车，存款也不多，表妹20多工作了。不过近几年我和大姨的合照比较少，我和表妹的倒
很多，我妈和大姨的也很多。这样的情况有希望签过吗，需要注意些什么吗？ps,是在
上海签，而且我爸妈已经有签证了。大家帮忙分析分析，多谢～

Sorry i can not type Chinese.
I am at the end of the fifth year. And my company won't sponsor me green
card.
I just went to HR and heard her say it again and really feel bad. At the
beginig, she said that it is the company's policy. Then she said since they
still want me to keep working in the company and she will help me to ask her
boss. How should i do? Resign or keep working till the end of next year and
go back china?
I tried to find another job, but did not get one offer yet. There is no time
left since it takes time to file the application.
Please give me some suggestion. Thanks!

铁马吟是赵登山老师80年代写的作品，描述的是寺庙钟声和悬挂的铁片在风中被吹动，
互相撞击的情景。我没有仔细学过，是小时候CD听的多（我妈以前会给我买各种古筝欣
赏的DVD，当时非常崩溃），后来就潜移默化跟着谱子上手了。
以前也不领会为什么这首曲子在考级目录上是八级。现在知道音的节奏快慢，强弱，左
手的揉弦，都是很有讲究，才能够很好地表达古刹里烟雾缭绕，古色古香的庄严肃穆的
禅意。其实我还是不够到位。
视频里，老样子，还是有大大小小的瑕疵。最大的瑕疵就是2：50差点把ipad给挥地上
的一瞬间。不过马马虎虎，欢迎指点。
有诗为云：
山峰悄上白玉阶，
古墙探出菩提叶，
莲花座前香火幽，
铁马轻声唤明月。

Sorry to hear that, it shouldn't take 5 years for you to figure out.
Right now, you better find another job that can sponsor your GC
immediately. You may also ask to pay the fees yourself, maybe the
company will take that.

应该早做打算啊，H1B6年后要续的话要140。

我和lz一样呢，只不过是刚跳新工作，然后才工作没几天被告知公司不支持绿卡，我现
在还剩1年半H1B，我也在想怎么办呢？跳槽好像有点来不及了。。。

绿卡都是在找工作的时候应该谈的，现在PERM 1，2个月就下来了，
还是来得及的。

高山流水练过，不过捡起来可能需要一个下午，因为不属于童子功cover的范围，哈哈
我下次可以拍左手呀！不过右手就拍不到了。我的拍摄角度非常awkward，ipad被我像
耍杂技一样立在一个特定角度，才能独立完成拍摄任务。。。

嗯~，我古筝目前最喜欢的就是高山流水了，最后还有敲弦泛音，又脆又轻柔，好喜欢
呀。。。:)我是去年夏天在国内学过这首，后来练的也好少。
那小美妞你不好拍的话，怎样方便就怎样拍吧，大家都喜欢~(*^__^*)

我在找。只是感觉找到支持h1b的都不容易，更何况刚开始工作就要求办绿卡。
可能是太悲观了，一直都静不下来认真找。现在也只能继续多投简历了。我的h1b明年
11月过期。
是今年11月之前一定要递上去，还是什么时候递都没关系，明年底之前I140批了就可
以？
真是郁闷透了！

Do not give up, I got my 140 approved (premier process) about 4 months after
I start my process. 2 months for advertisement, I got PERM approved in 3
weeks, the 140 in 2 weeks. I only have 6 months left when I start the
process. I already made plan to go back to China, but I finally made it.
Bro, DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

You do not need to go back to China. H1B only requires you stay outside of
US for 1 year. So even you do not make it, you still can go to Canada,
Europe, Australia, Singapore, etc. to work for at least 1 year, and come
back.

梅花三弄，高山流水，都是传统民乐，听不厌也弹不厌。根据时政创作的和各种考级曲
子倒是经不起时间的考验。
