Is it oral?
I normally use topical nystatin cream or oint. (nystatin has poor oral
obsorption, which means you put on your nipples, the baby eats it and just
poops it out.)
Maybe you can ask your provider to change the medication. Try topical
medication first and if it does not work, then oral medication.

听医生的，鹅口疮是会反复传染的。

多谢。因为乳房有时会疼，医生怀疑里面也有感染，开了口服药。还让用Lotrimin膏外
涂。希望以后不要反复。

宝宝嘴里还没有发现。已经改pump了。刚又跟儿医确认了两种药的安全性。开始内外兼

乳头可以抹organic coconut oil， 或者apple cider vinegar， 不怕宝宝吃下去。
另外，多吃kefir， 还有大蒜。也可以吃益生菌。
