Thought I would share my Visa Application experience to return the help I got
out of this forum.
Background: H1B visa appointment on Feb. 2, Vancouver, Canada. Was F-1
business master degree, and changed to H1-B status last December. Working for
an apparel company on the west coast. The company has fairly good name
recognition.
Documents prepared by me and the company attorney:
1. Passport with valid Canada visa
2. Original I -797 both top and bottom parts
3. A letter from company confirming emp
