Just to clarify one thing. I think I was the person referred to for the one
(F1) defied a visa renewal yesterday in Tijuana 'coz I didn't show up in the
afternoon. I was actually granted the renewal and was issued the visa stamp
yesterday morning right after my interview as I demonstrated to the visa
officer that I had a situation and unfortunately needed to seek medical
attention right away. The visa officer was nice enough to do me the big
favor. I do think the lady is very reasona
