发现有人说discover在国内刷卡要2%的foreign currency fiance charge和5%的ATM
fee，
又有人说刷卡不需要手续费，见下

我1月份在北京刷的卡都没有手续费

又查了下discover的官网，说
The 2% Foreign Currency Finance Charge which is applied to all purchases
made in foreign currency.
这个discover卡在国内刷卡到底有没有2%的外汇手续费呢？！

父母过来帮着带孩子，我母亲右腿的滑膜炎犯了，肿得很厉害。以前在国内都是去医院
关节腔冲洗，不知道在这边怎么去看病？他们在美国没有医疗保险，探亲签证。大家有
什么建议吗？多谢了。

到底怎样把1042s加到1040的line 7上，然后在 line 21减去啊？比如w2是两万，
1042s 上凑得
是15和19 两项共有3000。
还有那个精华区的帖子（如下）好像有问题：
Form 1040:
line 7: fill in your income in W2 form, 16000 in this case;
line 21: fill in -11000. Write "see attached form 8833"
above the dotted line.

这里德-11000是不是也改换成-5000呢？

搞革命的时候大家心气高, 不贪财不好色. 有权优势有名有利之后就开始腐败. 徐平也
开始收钱了,虽然还比鲁军好,不过慢慢地就要变质了.许平这样,其他的军官肯定是更加
腐败不堪

2%交易费没有，就是没有
但是5%的ATM不知道
关于这个，不要看Discover官网的信息，也不要问他们的客服，因为他们不知道。
Discover和银联有协议，和别的没协议的情况不一样.
