关于加拿大转机的问题，所谓的iata note 39687,在IATA网站能查到吗
找了一大圈，发现这个note基本上都限于bbs上的讨论，我上iata.org看了一下，好像
没能找到关于这个的官方页面。。然后再http://www.skyteam.com/en/your-trip/Services/Visa-and-Health/ 上填了信息搜索了一下，也没发现关于39687的注释。。
有人知道能告诉我吗？谢谢。

140 approved ,等排期交485。这个期间估计要5年以上。请问5年内能不能换工作啊？
听有人说，换完工作，重新办绿卡，可以按以前的I140 priority date。
又有人说不行。
又有人说，可以，但如果原来的公司撤销掉你原来的绿卡申请，就不行，要重头办。
到底谁说的对啊？
如果最后的那个正确。请问湾区IT的几个大公司都会不会撤销掉离开员工的绿卡申请？
真想换工作，但如果从头办，更加耽误不起啊，求兄弟姐妹帮助。

最简单的做法。如果不对鱼过敏的话。
鱼胶粉+牛奶+芒果汁+新鲜芒果颗粒（optional)
鱼胶粉叫gelatin. 老米supermarket卖 gello 的一栏里面有。
买写明 unflavored 的。
可以参照盒子上面的比例，多放大概10-20%的液体，吃起来软一点。
奶和果汁分量按个人口味调和吧。

如果没有交485，换工作需要全部重新办，只是能保留PD而已

btw, does anyone blend Milk and Egg together, steam it, cool it in the

你确定能保留pd吗？
听好几个人说，还要取决于旧的公司是不是撤销你原来的i140，如果撤消了，PD都没了。
估计很多人像我这样，不怕重办，怕重排队吧。

The priority date from an approved, valid I-140 petition may be transferred
to a new I-140 petition. This is another situation in which premium
processing would prove advantageous. Since I-140 premium processing would
allow for faster approval of the I-140 petition, the priority date
potentially then would be available for transfer to a later-filed employment
-based green card case, at the I-140 stage. This later-filed I-140 petition
could be with the same employer (for a different job) or with a new employer
in a new position.
[Editor's Note : The provisions for transfer of the earlier priority date
are unrelated to AC21 portability. Having solely an approved I-140 petition
(without an I-485 that has been pending for 180 days) does not give the
individual eligibility for AC21 green card portability. We have received
some questions about the job mobility referred to in the caption of this
subsection, and want to be absolutely clear that we are not referring to
AC21 portability. Changing jobs after approval of an I-140 where an I-485
has not been filed means that the green card case will have to start over,
right from the labor certification (LC) stage in LC cases. However, it is
possible to request to retain the priority date in a later I-140 petition,
once there is an approved I-140 petition in an earlier case with a different
employer or even for a different position with the same employer. Therefore
, an approved I-140 petition has a potential advantage for those who seek to
change employers or jobs, but it is not as big of an advantage as having
AC21 portability.]

murthy's article doesn't talk about a revoked I-140 but a "valid" I-140.
Some companies will revoke the I-140 after the employee leaves.
Also, if you plan to capture the priority date, it is recommended you get a
copy of your approved I-140. Although it is not required, it would save you
a lot of time if you get an request for evidence (RFE) later.

hmmm, kinda hard to get some idea if an employer would revoke an I-140 app
or not, very risky to even bring this question up

政府的memo里面不是写的很清楚吗， 任何时候都可以carry你的pd，除非你的PERM/140

似乎看懂了，意思就是旧公司必须以fraud 或 willful misrepresentation的理由才能
撤销I-140。否则就可以保持以前的PD。
那我就放心了，除非是猥琐的公司才会revoke吧。正规的，还有大的公司应该都没问题。

好像不是这么理解？我觉得是公司可以revoke，但是只有因为frand/
misrepresentation而revoke的才不能保留PD

In those cases where the alien’s priority date is established by the filing
of the labor certification, once the alien’s Form I-140 petition has been
approved, the alien beneficiary retains his or her priority date as
established by the filing of the labor certification for any future Form I-
140 petitions, unless the previously approved Form I-140 petition has been
revoked because of fraud or willful misrepresentation. This includes cases
where a change of employer has occurred; however, the new employer must
obtain a new labor certification if the classification requested requires a
labor certification (see the section on successorship of interest).
嗯，这个句子有些歧义，没有说previous employer, 也没有说有没有其他方式revoke。
但说清楚了，只要不是以fraud or willful misrepresentation的方式被revoke，就可
以保留PD。
我的理解，只要原来的i140申请没有作弊，还有公司不是太猥琐，就放心跳吧，越早越
好。
