I'm thinking of applying for Fidelity AMEX card to replace my old chase
freedom which is upgraded to ultimate rewards, typically a 1.1% cash back
card.
But I notice a lot of negative comments about FIA card service. How do you
guys think of their service? Thanks a lot.

害怕去二楼的女厕。我总是在外面守候。现在里面传来冲水声。情景何其相似。
为何欢喜不起来，却心沉如铅。从前觉得假期超漫长，渴望与你重逢的日子。有一次我
早到，正兴高采烈地与烂友玩游戏。听着有人喊

里面有个万妖幡，要抓数万人炼制，炼制成后以几个美女为中心，怨气滔天来杀人。
然后结局什么都没看，不知道是不是太监了。不知有谁能想起来？

Here is one link for the complaints about FIA

I know it has good cash back program but just unsure of its card service and
also its online account managment system.

Most reviews on this board are about its reward program and questions
regarding its application process, very few of them address their customer
service, that's why I rasie my question. And I believe it's worth discussion
, just like nowadays many people on this board remind new cops to stay away
from Capital one, ect. Such discussion will definitely benefit most people
on this board.
Anyway, thanks for your comments and I'll do my own research.

我爸说是5个工作日，不知是从签证日算起，还是从护照交给邮局算起。我爸妈是上星
期三早上签的，周日就受到了。

FYI.
I contacted FIA by phone several times and the only complaint I have is that
i have to wait five or even ten minutes to speak to its csr. For Chase or
AMEX, I usually wait less than one minute.

等收到在说吧，一般是一周，但是有的被延迟了，可能2周甚至更长才收到，不知道

I do not know 5 working days means 邮寄 or from the day of interview. They
got their visa on Wednesday and got the passport on Sunday by mail

agree. I told my father to scan the visa once he received it. I want to make
sure there is no error and no annotation added before I booked the tickets

搜索了一下，似乎是这样，但那本书的万妖幡是有几个美女为中心炼制，不太一样。就
是觉得这个情节挺凄艳的，所以有印象。最近书荒就想起来问问。
