self clean 是怎么回事，从来没用过，需要清洗液吗？也没找到可以灌的地方，而且
烤箱也是煤气的，一直没敢用。

Self-clean is a standard feature for most oven either gas or electric.
The temprature is so high that grease will be burned into ashes.
You will be suprised how well it works.
Do not let it run when no one is home.
Make sure the oven is LOCKED. DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE OVEN COOLS DOWN
COMPLETELY.
Best advice and for safety: look up the usuer manual.
If it is a rental apartment, ask the management office or owner to get a
copy which they are obligated to provide anyway.

但是我没有找到self clean的功能，在我的烤箱上。如果我只想用抹布把油渍擦掉，不
知道用什么比较有效果呢？ 一般的dishsoap好呢还是baking soda好呢？

可以试一下“easy off”heavy duty oven cleaner。黄色瓶装，很有用，就是味道大

还是你这个版本好呀。不过要是羊找回来了，教育意义就没那末好了。最后，胖毛说因
为羊不会说话，
没法喊救命。还说，如果她撒谎，她最喜欢的DVD就会被狼吃了。所以，还是有点儿教

if you do not have self-clean, just set the temp. to 500F for one to three
hours then let the oven to cool down before you open it.
You will find 90+% grease will be gone.
ideally you should not use any chemical in the oven for food safety.
