我妈妈在国内胃一直不好，查出来是浅表性胃炎，可是国内给的药，我妈妈吃着一

看上海的网上要求, 要用透明胶带把收据第一联贴在156表第三页.
以前好象没听说过, 请问这个是必需的吗? 大家是不是都照做啊?
