the customer service is really bad... can't provide any help... the wifi
kept dropping in a hotel... cs asked me to tell hotel to upgrade the hotel's
router... it is really ridiculous...

cs kept telling me that ipad used the newest technology on wifi card... so
the problem can only be on the hotel's router...

what do you expect the customer service to do? remotely hack your iPad and
fix it?
if it doesn't work then it doesn't.

why asking the hotel is not practical? If many ppl
have the same problem as you have, and they all complain,
the hotel may actually change
