NOV PD will get it in next 1or 2 weeks. Trackitt shows TSC/NSC are speeding
up to process these cases.
What surprised me is that there are quite a lot of Sept. cases are still
pending on Trackitt.

Am I the only one who would love it to be true but find it hard to believe?
Most, if not all, TSC NOV cases approved recently are RFEd ones based on
Trackitt info. Maybe I am too pessimistic.

I called them recently and they said name check had not been cleared yet.
I checked trackitt and it seems a lot of Indians had the same answer from
uscis.
I think someone might drop the ball during the process.
I suggest everyone pick up the phone or email like Indians did.
The real danger is we might be left behind with no visa number this year.

Here is what I did. I called USCIS. They gave me the same explanation you
all have about the April 2011 processing time. I complained about my RFE of
MC/BC, which I all submitted in the initial package. I think USCIS made
mistake by misplacing my documents, Then I got a chance to either do SR or
talk to tier 2 officer. I chose T2 officer. Although T2 didn't give me
anything more I already knew, but my case was approved two days later.
Talk to them nicely, someone may eventually help you out. You never know.
