大家用得no cost no fee refinance真的是no cost吗? 我问的agent的no cost
refinance都还是要我自己买title insurance的。title insurance实际上是refinance
cost 中最贵的一部分。要2-3千美元的。

这几年埋头做新产品，什么都没出，就几个月传出来个rumor，一会儿是apple tv，一
会儿是iwatch，一会儿是超大屏ipad，然后三星就赶着第一步发布，最后市场还都没水
花，苹果到时候把小学生创意一个月扔出来一个传言一下，可能三星就要累的吐血而亡
了。
好吧，相信cook一次，好东西值得等待，我们拭目以待。

貌似Mediapad 10也可以自己装Win 8的，这也是我等待Mediapad 10的非主要原因

title insurance要不了那么多钱,大概几百块吧.而且我们确实是帮助客户付掉了.

其实我是看三星出的东西这么多，有点觉得cook 的慢功出细活也许是对的。
只要cook 不抛弃创新的追求和对质量的极致要求，苹果还是会是好苹果。

我觉得苹果做的还不够，
就应该把一些费的产品，偷偷泄漏给小报，让google 和三星马上去复制吧。

Hi to all brokers,
Is it true that if I refinance within a certain period of time let's say 6
months), my previous loan broken won't make any money from my previous loan
(assuming the refinance is with another broker)?

这个有具体的时间规定吗？我的loan是在citi作的，citi有规定多少时间(几个月)之内
如果我到其他broker做refinance，我之前的broker就会可能要赔钱吗？如果我的
refinance还是在citi做，而且还是同样用之前的broker，他还是得要赔上次loan的钱

这个没有一个标准的答案，应该是4-6个月内不要再做Refinance，具体的时间可以咨询
你的Broker。
