don't you know some really good inspectors in your area? if you have been an
agent long enough, you should worked with many of them and as a result you'
d know some are very good and some are not. isn't it better then from
someone only had one time deal before?!

You are absolutely right. But some 黑心的 Broker will take the advantage of
the inexperienced buyer and lead them to overpay a house by all means.
Misleading information from inspector is one of them.
