收到个offer，里面有stock option。我完全没经验不太懂这是什么意思，哪位前辈帮
忙解释下？
"you will be granted an option to purchase 10,000 shares of the company's
common stock. The option will be subject to the terms and conditions
applicable to options granted under the company's Option Plan...You will
vest in 25% of the option shares after 12 months of continuous service,
and the balance will vest in monthly installments over the next 36
months..."
这个10000股第一年末25%，余下的按月，这个明白。一般都是第一年末才开始有还是一
入职就有？
还有不太明白的是，这个是要我自己出钱买这10000股，而不是直接给我？也不是享受
分红？我哪买的
