谈好一个房子，reo，比银行要的低了3.5%，但是sold as is and no credit for
closing cost。现在appraisal report出来了，估了个98%, 但其中提到：seller
said it is common to see concession of 3% at current market.
明天就要提交appraisal contingency removal乐，现在在想要不要趁机和银行再
haggle一次，争取个1%。
虽然也就是2000， 3000块钱，不过我觉得已经把银行20多个条款的ADDENDUM都答应了
，也尽力赶工在30天内要close（搞得我的lender说，像在枪口下工作），银行业该让
让步吧。
有人有经验么？

要用一段时间才可以还是可以马上解锁？

how do you like the house? a must to have or just so-so? if so-so, ask the
bank to lower the price by showing them the appraisal result. they may say
no, but it wouldn't hurt by asking. good luck.

去slickdeals搜note 2 free unlock的帖子，unlock后也可以用tmo的4g网络

请问credit for closing cost 是什么意思啊？我在看房子，有些后续的手续还不清
楚。谢谢
另外appraisal report 百分之几有什么用哪？跟mortgage 有关系吗？

Normally lender will loan your money as percentage(i.e. 80%) of lower of
purchasing price or appraisal value.
As other said, you always could argue/fight, the worst case is that you walk
away.
