EB1B， RFE有一点针对大学说：
Please submit a complete copy of these three required types of initial
evidence:
*The petitioner's federal income tax returns
*Annual report, or
*Audited financial statements
This evidence must be submitted for each year as of the priority date, and
continuing until the date of this notice.
我petition 是7月底received，RFE是8月底。我只能找到Fiscal Year 2011年的财务年
报（For the Year Ended August 31, 2011）这可咋办阿，Fiscal Year 2012的年报怎
么也得等到2012-11月初来了。不过找到了budget for Fiscal Year 2012。这样可以了
么？
这个MUST be submitted for...语气很重啊。。。
