When I got my OPO, I was kind of disappointed of the camera. Its white
balance wasn't quite right with too high color temperature and the pictures
seemed unsaturated. I then tried a couple freebie camera apps with mixed
results.
Finally, I heard of FV-5 from someone on this board. First I tried the free
version and saw the huge improvement of photo quality immediately. Now I
have the paid version of FV-5. Under most situation, I just use the default
AUTO mode and still get very good pictures. Under less ideal light
conditions, I can change to manual mode and get a much better shot.
So, OPO hardware is good enough. If you want to use OnePlus as camera a lot,
buying FV-5 will be your best spending.
