，不知道是不是这样？

非上市公司的股票就记在公司的账本上。
你进公司后会签署一份授予你多少股份的正式文件, 会写明你的vesting schedule 。
这样你就知道到什么时间拿多少股了。

你这个我看不懂。可以找你的recruiter 问一下。RSU 和option 有很大不同的。

好像大部分startup 是options
