Called USCIS yesterday and was told I must have my employer on the phone,
too, before they answer any question. My PD is Dec 2007, RD is Dec 2011, and
FD is Feb 13, 2012. USCIS website shows status of 'initial review'. Anybody
knows how to know if the name check is finished.
If I get the green card before the middle of April, I will be able to go to
a conference held in Canada. But not quite sure how possible it is. Thanks.
