(b) My comment: I can not help but chuckle reading this article. But
Americans are not always like this. See

But this report mentions more amenities: dog-owner Skype sessions, Reiki
therapy; private walks, one-on-one playtime, a bedtime cuddle or take-home.

You have my sympathy.
Well, getting an AP probably needs more than what is needed for a green card
. You have what it takes.
Also, the amount of work needed for EB1A or EB1B preparation is similar, and
you don't lose much from going through EB1B to EB1A.
When you are happy, everything is possible. Best wishes for you!
