Just leave the mail in the mail box, the mail person will collect it. To
distinguish it from other mail you might have left in the mail box, I
usually put the letters side ways with the stamp on the top, so the mail
person can see it is a new mail.

我家也是，把要寄的信放到mailbox里，邮差来了自然就拿走了。
