最近GE capital bank review, 注意到我不是citizen or permanent resident,要求我
今天把saving和CD的钱挪出，然后关闭账户。
仔细看了看agreement，确实要求必须是citizen or PR才能开户。又看了其他几家Ally
, Discover, Capital One 360都是这样要求的。
请问各位是如何开户的？考古了一下看到一篇帖子说到开户直接选自己是citizen or
PR, 不知道是不是大家都这样。。谢谢

朋友的yorkie子宫发炎要做子宫切除手术，第一个兽医给的quote是要2500，还是昨天
已经做了full blood panel的情况下。
感觉这个就是和一般的节育手术差不多，价钱多少是合理的呢？

really ？我有ally当时有citizen或者resident alien。。选的resident alien。。
。。没注意要求pr啊。。。

我也是这么开的GE capital的，今天被要求关账户的时候才知道。
刚刚去ally看了一下，deposit agreement第一条就是这个：
For All Accounts: Anyone who is a citizen or a legal permanent resident of
the United States (U.S.), is at least eighteen (18) years old and has a
Social Security number or a Taxpayer Identification Number and U.S. street
address (not just a P.O. box) can apply to open an account.
可能是RP问题吧。。。

If you are a green card holder or US citizen, you are NOT eligible to get a
Taxpayer Identification Number,therefore contradiction in its paragraph.
all on-line banks ask you to be W-9 tax resident, some don't want the hassle
of telling immigrant status LPR or tax purpose resident apart, so they just
use the former.

不懂，但是感觉应该比绝育麻烦。也许切掉的血管和tissue更多？
不过快10倍了，是有点多

I see. Are you saying that all online saving accounts are only available to
citizens and residents(for tax purposes)? Thank you.
