the Hometown Education Foundation---helping very poor kids in China

去年九月份看到一篇报道说有个大叔与他的前未婚妻去动物保护中心领养了一只被虐待
过的狗狗，一开始狗狗对俩人很有抵触与戒心不怎么好,俩人没有放弃信心与狗狗保持
着良好的关系。后来因某种原因女主弃男生而去，男生伤心欲绝一度患上了忧郁症。在
他最困难时期，狗狗与他相依为命不离不弃的陪他渡过了人生最低潮期。一段时间后狗
狗患上了严重的关节炎不能正常行走，晚上因疼痛辗转反侧的不能入睡。男主起先听从
朋友的劝告想对狗狗施行人道主义行为让它安乐死，后来又觉得于心不忍没有放倒它。
之又听说了水疗法对关节炎有帮助，然后每天带狗狗去湖中做水疗，起先狗狗怕水不敢
下去，劝了几次后就习惯了，每天到时就会冲到湖中去,在泡在湖水中主人的双臂里才
能入睡,请看下列照片吧。今天看到新闻报道说，那狗狗昨天过世了，真是好可怜啊,男
主不知会怎么办。
美国人说狗狗们死后都会升入天堂的，愿狗狗此刻安详地睡在上帝的Loving Arms

这狗狗很幸福了，我没记错的话前不久刚刚过了20岁的生日。超级长寿的狗狗。希望他

AT&T这种公司怎么可能不裁人，当年打电话到中国一美元一分钟，现在一分钱一分钟，
跟医改什么关系。

这种靠operation收入吃饭的公司不像苹果似的赚暴利怕的就是运营成本升高不裁最

民科同学你就胡扯吧。
医改的时候堵了一个关于retiree medical benefit的tax loophole，导致这些有大批
退休人员的老公司纷纷take一次性的charge。像Apple，Google，Cisco，Intel，MSFT
，AMZN之类的公司就没影响。而且这个charge是一次性的，不是说ongoing的成本增加
了。根本不可能因此造成裁员。

30 million people that don't have to pay their own insurance, and you are
telling me it does not lead to 成本增加 somewhere? And 一次性 only?
