昨天请了home inspector对要买的condo检查了一下，没有太大问题，主要是
1。On the whole, the interior finishes of the home are in average condition.
Typical flaws were observed in some areas.
2。Monitor: It may be desirable to replace window screens where missing (2
in the living room/dining room).
3。water heater只有4-5年就要换了。
请问大家觉得中间哪些可以和卖家砍价或者要他们修补的？

原来用那个什么membership买过些25的， 就是花20买25，每个月只能买4张那种。后来
觉得太不方便了，每次加个油都得用2，3张，决定以后不碰这种了。50一张的倒还可以
考虑。

我干皮，用着不晕，油皮就不敢保证了
不过这种铅笔式的眼线笔没有完全不晕的，多少都会有一点吧，个人觉得UD就算还可以
的了~
想完全不晕要考虑眼线液或眼线胶
