今天是第21天了，27号，还无任何消息，打电话过去说可以request refund。都不知道
如何是好，求祝福~
今天是第22天了，28号，发邮件问出点东西，“Thank you for your inquiry. Your
case is currently under extended review. We require no further action from
you at this time.We are unable to provide a definite timeframe. However,
your case is flagged for Premium Processing and will be handled as
appropriate.
We apologize for this delay in processing.”
今天是第74天了，4月20号 ，还无任何消息，打电话过去说可以request refund。发邮
件说Your case is currently under review. At this time we are unable to
provide you a timeframe as to when a decision will be made. If you have not
received a decision in the next few days, you are welcome to check back on
the status using this email box.
day 78,4月24号，要求refund，被拒。说要等结果出来，才能退钱，如果结果不出就无
限制等下去？
