对这个法案SCA5的支持，党派分票。

for the State Assembly? Candidate must collect certain amount of votes (

这个在有MS CB的时候有用，如果现在你走货量比较大，当然也有用，如果平常没多少
交易，我个人感觉一个就够了。

现在可以2个paypal同时用，分工不分工看自己，可以2个都用来收钱
不管有几个paypal，都尽量少收或不收gift，要是被查出来所有的账号都被关
