在amazon上卖了个canon ef 75-300的镜头，寄的signature certification 2月6日发
现投递没成功，给buyer发了以下内容的message:
Dear xxxx,
Have you received your item? The USPS record shows that they has attempted
to deliver your stuff to you today. Please notice that it is a signature-
certification package so if you have not yet received your package, please
go to your local postoffice to get it. Otherwise it will be returned after a
certain period. If you have received it, please ignore this message.
然后今天晚上10点半收到buyer的message,说他妈去取了，回来他打开包裹，发现没镜
头。内容如下：
Yes my mom did go and picked it up! But when she brought it home and I
opened the box up it didnt have the lens ??????????????? ... This is totally
rong just wanna.know how we are goin to resolve this.issue ??? I had to
send and ship the lens.out today.overseas because my fiance.needed it for.
his coming up shoot now tell me what.are we gonna do about.it :((((
有什么办法能避免损失吗？先谢过。
