怎么办？ 退钱兜着任倒霉？
开了usps case, 甚至找到了local delivery usps supervisor, 'and' the actual
delivery postman, 三方电话会议，postman insist delivered, USPS has proof
showing the 经纬度 of the final delivery place, which is exactly the APT
where the buyer stays. I personally trusted the postman, because he seemed
very familiar with the area, not only he mentioned how the house looks like
(go through gate, and up to the 2nd floor, and leave the package next to the
mailbox), but he even speak out the correct # number of the APT where the
buyer lives (the shipping label only has the house address but no APT #, but
since it is a small APT with 4-5 rooms inside, and the postman said this
person has a lot of package normally (3+ per week), so he knows where to go.
Buyer review 不错的， 100% after 200+ reviewers, 到底谁在搞鬼，还是真的被小
偷拿了？东西不大(small package), 大概值$50, 也不值得偷啊, 更何况是inside
building through gate on 2nd floor?
唉，难得卖东西（一年不到10次）， 就摊上这事 :(
