Sorry I couldn't type Chinese.
Just baught a used canon 17-40L on ebay,when I took it out of the box, it
makes a noise that sounds like there is a free floating screw inside.
Has anybody had such problem with the lens? Can I return it to the sell and
get the full refund?

没这问题啊，难道前面的人把它改成了防抖头

The seller did not mention anything, just said it is in excellent condition,
selling it due to switch to Nikon. And I just noticed that it says no return
or exchange in the return policy.
Can I return it through ebay money back Guarantee?

我乱说的，我的很安静，只知道防抖头才会有声音。你直接问问卖家吧。

Thanks for your reply. I finally got the seller's phone number through ebay
and called him. He agreed to take it back.
