材料和光学方向的。PRB rapid communications，还是不错的杂志，希望能靠谱一点。
另外需要很快给意见。

2个月前得到一张speeding ticket，需要上庭。但是我误解了上庭的日期。citation
上面写的日期是“court appearance 7 day of Feb,13,at 9AM". 我误解成二月13号了
，所以错过了上庭时间。联系法庭后，今天上庭面临2个罪名：
1. speeding 2. failure to appear。我认罪speeding，但是没有认罪failure to
appear罪名，因为我觉得citation上的日期misleading，应该“court appearance 7
day of Feb,2013,at 9AM"，这样就不会有误解了。然后法庭给我一个新的trial date
去辩解。看了一下新的传票，有个note写：the penalty for failure to appear is
one year in jail or a $1,000 fine or both. 把我吓坏了，我不想去jail待一年。
早知道这么严重今天就应该认罪了。我知道我错了。大家觉得我该怎么办？是不是要请
个律师了。急急急！

看着FB上的朋友们一个个结婚生孩子，压力很大啊。
一般学校小硕毕业刚搬过来湾区工作，做Marketing，从前我的人生里从来没想过要通
过征友找到另一半，但是工作了换了全新的城市，从前的朋友都在原来的城市，单位里
又都是结
了婚的，我是真心不知道去哪里认识男生。。
想起失恋三十三天里黄小仙说的“人生太险恶，我一个人承受不来”我深深赞同，下了
班的背影好累好孤独，好想找一个人共同分享和分担人生的喜悦和风雨。从前听人说过
美国好山好水好寂寞，上学时朋友很多不以为然，但现在上班后深有感触。出去参加活
动BBQ都是拖家带口的，小朋友在公园到处跑真心让人羡慕啊，想想有个自己小家庭该
多好。
我是真心想找个靠谱的男生好好相处并settle down结婚的，所以想随便恋爱玩玩的男
生请绕道，希望对方成熟稳重，又不失幽默活泼。能多包容我的小孩子脾气，我是学文
科的，希望你学工科可以互补。身高175以上，人在湾区，一般工作一般人就好，善良
有责任心，能包容不爱计较，为人单纯踏实靠谱最重要。

好像最近hedge funds关门的还不多，不知道接下来有没有更多消息或者报道出来。

I have absolutely no idea why anyone wants to own banking stocks. The
only way I would buy these stocks is under gun point.

如果真的是这样，他就变神了。你看，他成功预测了 housing Crash and recovery!

There will not be a housing recovery. Not in the 1st half of this decade
I believe. May not be in the 2nd half either. People have to understand
the trend. When government fights the market they are doomed to lose.
So investors should stay out of the things they try to prop up such as
real estate and banking. You pay attention to what they are trying to
suppress such as commodities especially gold and silver.
