以前听妈妈讲她看东西不清楚，
昨天又打电话了，看了医生，是白内障早期
我该怎么办好呢？
妈妈一辈子很不容易，吃过很多苦
现在又有了白内障，我想着以前的日子流了好几回泪
美国这里有没有什么比较好的保健品或者非处方药呢
或者大家知道有什么值得信赖的国内医疗机构也请推荐一下吧

could actually get more "extra" matching by putting $ in early ... result
was, he proved the other way, company outsmarted him, lol.

1) 先要公司match。我们公司比较好1:1 up to 7%
2) 我还想降低我的AGI，少缴税，当然前提假设是我现在的收入多过我退休之后的。
3) 存钱，否则花光了。
4) 投资，我们公司的fund选择很多，没有必要先去买mutual fun.
