我让学生自己写一封一页纸的信Word file，用老师我的口气，用学生自己的经历，夸奖学生自己。然后让学生附上一份简历。我读过推荐信和简历，略作修改，然后加上最后一句话。这句话根据学生的质量而定。
1. The student is an excellent student, I write: "This student is the best
one I have taught. I strongly recommend him/her to your company."
2。The student has strong background, I write: "I strongly recommend this
student to your company."
3. The student is normal, I write: "I sincerely recommend him/her to your
company."
4. The student is a low grade student, I write: "I recommend him/her to
your company."
