tnnd. Just found a patent " fuel cell aircraft"
the problem is that guy never built a aircraft. He just draw several pictures
and then write a patent cover all possibility what a fuel cell aircraft looks
like.
If so, I can write patents like "fuel cell boat", "fuel cell submarine", "fuel
cell bicycle" and " fuel cell everything".
what are those patent examiners doing?
Just curious, if someone really built a fuel cell aircraft, need to pay patent
fee to that sucker?

The standard is that "ordinary person can make that invention after read your
patent". It does not require that you actually make the invention.

my advisor once told that american like to make bullshit patents. After that,
they will look around looking for chances suing someone who might used his
patent. that's basically a way to make money.

Not that easy. The attorney fee for a patent litigation is between
$1.5m-$2.0m. If you use a bullshit patent to sue others and you lose, you
have to pay your attorney fee, and maybe the other side's attorney.

I see. good information.
Does it mean if I use other's patent but keep my business small size, (let us
say, less than 2 millions) then it is less possilibity to get sued by patent
owner? Cause if I lose, I apply for bankrupt and he get nothing. If I win, he
still get nothing and have to pay lawyer fee.

No, I didn't say that.
If you do not have money to hire a good lawyer, they can easily win the case
and they do not need to pay much money to their lawyer because their lawyer
does not spend much time on it.
