I know there are a lot people here doing website business(not sell products
to certain consumers). If you have registered LLC, S- or C-corporate in
Nevada or Delawarenot as nonresident of either of the two states,which state
(s) are state(s) for your business?

you have to register in states that you operate in no matter where you
incorporate.

really?
how about a website like ebay? does ebay need to be registered in all states
? how to define operation state for such business type? how about those "
work at home" business entities all over the internet? There are a lot such
companies legally registered, but what are their operating state(s)?
really confused!

provides services to both seller and buyer, where is the operation state(s)?
