请问鼓膜穿孔长期慢性感染 需要做鼓膜修补术吗？
具体就是小时候每年去河里游泳每年得化脓性中耳炎。鼓膜穿孔了。
后来上研究生的时候又发过一次中耳炎。后来又来美国来，耳朵内时不时疼痛。有一次
看家庭医生，说是真菌感染，给用药后就消失了。
现在7-8年过去了，一直是耳朵里面隐隐作痛，用棉签去感觉的时候，可以感觉到是鼓
膜后面不舒服，不是外耳道不舒服。看了几个美国医生，都说可以看到鼓膜发红，但他
们也只是看看外耳道和鼓膜，但也没什么药治。最严重的一次是耳朵疼，腮帮子里面也
鼓了一个小包，感染的。做过MRI和CT,没发现异常。
今天跟一位国内的医生谈起来，说大概是因为我的鼓膜开口大，口腔里的喜氧菌顺着咽
鼓管上来感染，要么就是长期滴抗生素，要么做鼓膜修补术，把鼓膜补好，这样口腔里
的喜氧菌就不能上来感染了。
但是我听说做鼓膜修补术要在头上切一小块肉，然后还要把外耳道切开，反正手术也恐
怖。不手术的话，长期鼓膜里面的组织感染也是个大问题，请问大家有什么建议？
